本文利用动力学分析方法，建立了区域物流动力学竞争模型。利用微分方程定性分析理论，对该系统的平衡点及极限环进行存在性及稳定性分析。并通过模拟方法验证了研究结果并给出了理论解释。最后，将该项研究应用到物流企业发展中，为区域物流企业发展提供了可行性理论指导。

In this paper,a dynamic model of regional logistics dynamics is established by using dynamic analysis on the qualitative analysis theory of differential equations,the existence and stability analysis of the equilibrium point and limit cycle of the system are carried out.The research results are verified by simulation method and the theoretical explanation is ,the research is applied to the development of logistics enterprises,which provides a feasible theoretical guidance for the development of regional logistics enterprises.
